Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital products only

All MomenKita products are digital. No physical items are shipped, and no shipping fees are charged.

2. Delivery method

Once your invitation is ready, we send you an email containing your invitation link (momenkita.my/your-name) and access to your dashboard. Promo videos can be downloaded from the dashboard.

3. Delivery time

• Payment is confirmed instantly for FPX/card payments, or within 24 hours for manual Touch 'n Go receipts.
• Your invitation is delivered within 24 hours after we receive your complete event details.

4. Did not receive it?

Check your spam folder first. If you still have not received it within the stated time, contact us at [email protected] and we will resend it.
