Refund Policy

MomenKita (momenkita.my) sells custom digital wedding invitations and related digital add-ons (such as promo video and voice narration). Because each invitation is designed specifically for the customer, the following refund terms apply.

1. Full refund

You are entitled to a full refund if:

• you cancel your order before we begin designing your invitation;
• we are unable to deliver your invitation within 7 days after receiving your complete event details; or
• you were charged more than once for the same order.

2. No refund

Once design work has started or the invitation link has been delivered, the order is non-refundable, as the product is a personalised digital good. Instead, every order includes 2 free revisions, and details such as time, location and music can be edited anytime from your dashboard.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order ID, name and reason for the request. We will reply within 3 working days.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (FPX, card or e-wallet) within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
