MomenKita (momenkita.my) respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

1. Data we collect

• Customers: name, partner's name, email, WhatsApp number, event details (date, time, venue) and photos you provide for your invitation.
• Guests: name, RSVP response, number of attendees and wishes submitted through an invitation.
• Payment: payments are processed by our payment providers (CHIP and Touch 'n Go). We do not store your card or bank login details.

2. How we use your data

• To create, deliver and host your digital invitation.
• To process payments and send order, payment and RSVP notifications.
• To provide customer support.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

3. Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the service — hosting and database (Supabase, Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend) and payment processing (CHIP) — or when required by law. Invitation content is visible to anyone with the invitation link; RSVP lists are visible only to the couple via their dashboard.

4. Retention & security

Data is stored securely with access controls and is kept for as long as your invitation is active. You may ask us to delete your invitation and related data at any time.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected].

6. Cookies

We use only essential browser storage (e.g. to remember your order progress). We do not use advertising cookies.
